Interpretive Walks

CRYSTAL MOUNTAIN WALKS: Take in the fantastic views of Mt. Rainier and the surrounding Cascade Mountains.  The walks are held each Friday through Sunday at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. during Crystal Mountain’s summer season. Take the Mt. Rainier Gondola to the Crystal Mountain Summit at 6872 foot elevation (ticket required).  The 1.5 mile walk begins near the Summit Shop and follows uneven ground, but is geared to fit the abilities of those who come.   Your leashed dog companions are even welcome.   Just look for the guide at the top of the Gondola.   For large groups, contact Crystal Mountain Resort for special arrangements at (360) 663-2265. Click here for more information.
