Our summer barbecues have become world famous (literally!). The food is delicious, and guests love the opportunity to visit with other guests and trade stories.
We know it’s often hard to eat well while you’re on vacation, so we make sure our barbecues are much more than just hamburgers and hot dogs. Of course, we’ll have those, but also salmon burgers, bratwurst and veggie burgers, plus salads, side dishes like gourmet mac ‘n cheese or roasted potatoes, corn, healthy chips with guacamole and fresh pico de gallo, Mudslide brownies, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon and more! We even bring out beer, wine and sodas.
We donate our labor, but try to cover the food costs with donations. The suggested donation is $8.50-$9.50 per adult and $4.50-$5.50 for each child under 12. Where else can you get a meal (including drinks) for so little?!
We usually have barbecues on Thursdays and Sundays throughout the summer. (Note: for the week of July 1st, due to the July 4th holiday, barbecues will be on Sunday, July 1 and Wednesday July 4.)
