Our meeting facility is a 1920's log lodge that has been fully renovated. It was designed for a warm friendly feeling with leather couches, wooden meeting tables and chairs and a huge wood stove. It has its own kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a large deck with a barbecue overlooking Deep Creek.

The lodge can accommodate 35-40 theater style or 30-35 classroom style. A full range of audio visual equipment is available.

We have excellent catering, or feel free to arrange your own catering or cook your own meals. (Many organizations have found cooking to be a great team-building device.)

Of course, some of the most valuable team building happens at the end of the day. After your day in meetings, swim in our pool. Soak in our hot tub. Go fishing. Plan a picnic on top of the world. Or have a group sing-along around a nighttime bonfire under the stars.
